Long Duration Student Equipment Rental Request

Equipment loans/rentals to students of most FAAD programs are limited to 3 business days. Faculty and Technologists may request long duration equipment rentals for longer than 3 days (e.g., semester-long rentals) by completing and submitting the form below..

The equipment room managing the required equipment must be provided specific information and receive the necessary approvals, in advance, in order to generate long duration rentals.

Please note:

• Allow up to 5 business days for your request to be processed.
• Equipment must be picked up and returned in full to the Central Equipment Room (CER), room C109.
• Instructors and Techs must ensure that students are familiar with the Equipment Rental Terms and Conditions prior to receiving their equipment loan.
